Submission

The first step is filling our order form.  Here, contact information, banner sizes, and design requirements are obtained.  Be specific while providing banner requirements.  The more information that we have the best results in the final product.

 
Review and  Payment

Once the order form is filled, you will be requested to review the order and make corrections if necessary.  Thereafter, you will be submitting the order and completing the payment process.

 
Confirmation

After the order and the payment is received, an email confirmation will be sent.  If any information is missed, it is requested via this email. Then, the order information is passed onto a designer and if the designer wants further info, client will be contacted. 

 
Revision

The first revision of the banner will be completed within 24 to 72 hrs.  Depending on the volume of the banners (5 or more), an additional 24hrs may be needed. 

You may request changes to the banners that we design for you. You are allowed to request up to five FREE revisions per banner. However, if you are not satisfied with the design after the fifth revision, we will refund your money.

It is noted that you are not allowed to request changes to the physical size of your banner, or a complete re-write of the text content
 
Approval

Once the review process is complete, you may download the banner(s) from the link that we will be providing you.
