How much will it cost me to design a banner?
The price of the banner depends on the size of your banner choice. Please check our Prices page for our standard sizes and their prices. For custom sizes, click here to contact us.
How long will it take to get my banner designed?
Your banner will be ready within 24 to 72 hrs after submitting the order. The Combo orders may take additional 24 hrs during peak time.
How do I submit the order?
You may submit the order through our order form. Please provide all the required information on the order form during the submission. Click here to submit the order.
What if the banner information that I have provided is not sufficient enough?
We will contact you to obtain the additional information during the confirmation process.

How do I make the payment?
You will be completing the order submission by making the payment by PayPal. The Paypal accepts payment by registered users and non-registered users using their credit card. Absolutely, you don’t need to register for a PayPal account when you are making the payment by credit card.
Can I request changes for the banners?
Yes! You may request changes to the banners that we design for you. You are allowed to request up to five FREE revisions per banner. However, if you are not satisfied with the design after the fifth revision, we will refund your money.
What kind of changes that I can request?
You are not allowed to request changes to the physical size of your banner, or a complete re-write of the text content. This will be considered a different banner and normal price will be applied. Otherwise, you can request any changes, such as text position, animation, etc.
Do you provide only banner design?
Yes! Presently we are mainly focusing on the banner design.
What format the banner will be delivered?
The banner will be delivered in "gif" format.
Will you provide the source file for the banners?
Yes! We will provide the source file (psd) for the banners upon request.
